We always recommend obtaining a personal address instead of an info@address. You want your message to reach the right person and not to a general inbox like the reception.
We also know that large companies never opt-in for mailings with an info@address. These addresses may therefore legally not be in your e-mail database and may not be e-mailed. Employees have a personal email address that they use to opt-in.
An info@address is more common for small businesses. But always try to get an opt-in for a personal e-mail address. This way you can e-mail in a more targeted way and your mailing activities are more effective.
