Campaigns reports

In the campaign overview, you can review your campaign Reports through the drop-down menu:

If you click on Reports, a new window will be shown:

There are three types of reports:

1. Campaigns Reports
2. General detailed reports of triggers and steps
3. Detailed reports specifically for mailings, with an extra tab showing the impact of the mailings

For each section, you will be able to review, download or create a static list from the report results.You may find the latter especially useful for creating follow-up emails to a specific target audience

Both executed and non-executed triggers and steps are registered in every report. Deleted triggers and steps are displayed at the bottom of the report.
