When selecting the option Save data form data and personal data, the filled in details of the respondent will be complemented with the database fields “Last name” and “Email address”.
Please note: this does not apply to forms which have been added externally. Spotler does not recognize who the respondent is. This option therefore only works for recipients who have received an email via Spotler and can, in this way, use the form.
